+ Harry P. Pachón Civic Education Program
The mission of the Harry P. Pachón Civic Education Program is to promote empowered community stakeholders through naturalization, government access, and voter education, mobilization and advocacy.
Naturalization
The NALEO Educational Fund’s naturalization program empowers Latino immigrants by assisting them through the U.S. naturalization process. We accomplish this goal by providing application assistance, advocacy through local District USCIS offices, and information dissemination. Since the inception of this program, the NALEO Educational Fund has assisted more than 90,000 legal permanent residents to obtain U.S. Citizenship.
Government Access
The NALEO Educational Fund’s government access initiative seeks to promote an informed and active Latino community that holds government accountable and accessible. This program includes community education, advocacy, and training and technical assistance.
Voter Education & Mobilization
The NALEO Educational Fund’s Voces del Pueblo Program promotes full Latino electoral participation through voter education, mobilization and advocacy.
