Application Forms and Materials
If you are over the age of 18, you need to complete the N-400 Application.
If you are under the age of 18 and at least one parent is a U.S. Citizen, you need to complete the N-600 Application.
If you are an adopted child of a U.S. Citizen you need to complete the N-643 application.
